Involving and Resolving

It is a dynamic problem-solving methodology derived from the Theory of Constraints.

The process involves bringing together all the departments concerned (marketing, PR, production, etc.) around the table. Our consultant works with them to construct a cause-and-effect diagram (using proprietary software) that resembles an upside-down tree, with the objective to be achieved at the top of the root (the goal!). The individual departments, working backwards, indicate the necessary conditions and/or sufficient causes for the goal to be achieved.

Continuing to work backwards, each solution is verified for its implementation in a common process, changing the proposed solutions if they are not feasible.

SIMONETTA CARESANO

Born in 1961. Married with two children. Resident in Monza - Italy

Degree in Business Economics from Bocconi University in Milan (110 cum laude), specialisation in Marketing, as well as several specialisation courses. Scientific high school diploma.

Corporate career (1985-2001) in marketing for multinational consumer goods companies. Last position: Marketing Director at Bolton Group (responsible for the food sector).

Marketing Consultant since 2001:
- Temporary Management experience working alongside General Management in international companies for the relaunch of product lines.
- Freelance consultant for Lorien Consulting, a WPP group company, with projects in the areas of Market Research, Marketing Consulting, and Corporate Social Responsibility.
- From 2005 to 2014, senior consultant and partner at UniOne, a communications architecture consulting firm, for which she developed strategic marketing thinking for communications projects, overseeing their development and consistency through to operational implementation. Responsible for the food & beverages and consumer goods sectors.
- In 2009, co-creator, in partnership with SI-PMA-Strategie Innovative, of the consulting model called “Stakeholder Brand Coaching Model tm,” an innovative method of intervention within the corporate decision-making process, useful for strengthening the value of the company and the brand among the various stakeholders.
- In 2023, co-creator within SI-PMA and in partnership with Demoskopea of SHIFT, the new integrated system that combines research and consulting to increase the number of customers, targeting all sectors and all types of businesses and guaranteeing measurable results. SHIFT is a real leap forward in “objective” knowledge and information grounding, surpassing any other technique available to date.

Corporate career. Since 1978 he has developed a long experience in marketing for national and multinational companies, which he left in 1990, his last assignment being Marketing Director Italy and Spain.

Consultant and entrepreneur since 1991. Managing Director and partner of strategic marketing services and consulting companies.
- In 1997 he founded SI-PMA; he develops for clients new product and service launches, the development of alternative distribution networks, CRM-Loyalty projects, business & product extensions and many customised management training interventions.
- From 2005 to 2008, Managing Director and partner at UniOne, a communications architecture consulting firm, for which he developed strategic marketing thinking for communications projects, overseeing their development and consistency through to operational implementation. Responsible for the non food BTB and BTC sectors.
- In 2009, co-creator, in partnership Simonetta Caresano of the consulting model called “Stakeholder Brand Coaching Model tm,” an innovative method of intervention within the corporate decision-making process, useful for strengthening the value of the company and the brand among the various stakeholders.
